The best tool is not the one that is newest, fastest, etc. The best tool is the one that works. For some people, that might just happen to be the new fast thing. For a large number of others, that is what they have right now.</p> </blockquote> <p>I find this to be particularly true as a web designer. I don’t need the horsepower that someone doing video editing does, I do my most of my work in a text editor.
